Day number two and I have hit my first stumbling block. I have no handmade white t-shirts! I have a funny feeling the lack of handmade tops in my wardrobe is going to be my undoing. Guess I know what I’ll be sewing tomorrow then, and it won’t be goodies for the arter at Hall’s Croft! That’s where I was today, doing my bit in the new gift shop/gallery, so I had to look good…
Spot that Jacket with camel wool trousers
I think I pulled it off… The jacket is from a pattern I drafted, and for more information on it you can go here. The trousers are fabulous! They are a Burdastyle pattern, no 118 from April 2009, and I have about 5 pairs from this pattern. The fit is great and I love the leg shape. They’re really quick to make up too, and if you are really short on time you can leave the little patch pockets on the front off.
